Zinna’s Garage is family run and kid friendly personal training. Nicholas and Taylor have over 5 years of experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds. Nicholas specializes in Strength and Conditioning whereas Taylor specializes in Circuit Training, Yoga, and Rehabilitation .
Here at Zinna’s Garage gym we prioritize over all wellness and health. We provide you will the knowledge, tools, and professional advice to help you achieve your goals. We want to make exercise and fitness something you implement into your lifestyle. We are not here to teach you quick fixes, crashes diets , or other toxic relationships with health and fitness.
When you train at Zinna’s Garage Gym you will learn proper movements patterns for Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench Press. Regardless of your age or fitness level we will provide you will the tools and encouragement to build a solid foundation.
Once we have successfully implemented a solid foundation we can start working towards yours individual goals. Whether your goals are weightless, maintenance, or strength we will help you step by step to achieve it togethers.
